1) Who we are:
This Site is operated by Nyasha (“we/us”). Contact: info@nyasha.uk.
2) Content & purpose:
All content is for information and education. Coaching content is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical or legal advice. If you have concerns about your wellbeing, please seek appropriate professional support.
3) Intellectual property:
All content, programs, PDFs, and downloads on this Site are owned by us or licensed to us. Personal use only. No redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials without written permission.

Digital items are delivered instantly via link or email. Because access is immediate, all digital sales are final (this does not affect your statutory rights).
5) Coaching & sessions:
Coaching supports personal growth but does not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health care. Any testimonials are illustrative, not guarantees. You are responsible for your decisions and results.
Scheduling & cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged per your booking confirmation.
6) Payments:
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. Payment is processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
7) Links:
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8) Limitation of liability:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or services is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the previous 3 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
