How it works
1) Self-referral: Employees book a Free Clarity Call to check fit.
2) Funding route: AXA Health or Aviva (recognised): employee requests a pre-authorisation code, and we begin.
Private self-pay: for those without cover.
3) Sessions: 50 minutes by secure video. Most start within 1–2 weeks, subject to availability.

Insurance & payments :
AXA Health (UK domestic): recognised provider. Employee obtains pre-authorisation; AXA pays its scheduled rate; any excess is paid by the employee.
Aviva (UK): recognised provider. Employee obtains pre-authorisation; Aviva pays its scheduled rate; any excess is paid by the employee.
Employer EAP: if your organisation uses an EAP vendor, please refer through that pathway.
FAQs :
Is it confidential? Yes. With written consent I can confirm attendance or provide a brief note; no clinical detail is shared.
How soon can someone start? I release a limited number of spaces monthly; typical start within 1–2 weeks after the Clarity Call.
In-person? Video by default (UK-wide); in-person may be available by arrangement.
Crisis? I’m not an emergency service. For urgent risk contact 999, NHS 111, or Samaritans 116 123.
