Hi! I’m Nyasha. I work with people who are capable, thoughtful, and already navigating life — but who find themselves carrying more internally than they want to keep holding alone.
Often, the people I work with are functioning well on the outside while feeling emotionally tired, unclear, or unsettled beneath the surface.
My role is not to fix or direct you.
It is to offer a steady, external perspective — one that helps you regulate, orient, and hear yourself more clearly.
How I work:
Blended: psychotherapy‑informed coaching (not therapy)
Somatic first: we calm the body so change feels safe
Relational: communication, boundaries and repair you can use in real life
Sovereign: we move at your pace — no hustle, no pressure
